Enterprise

Enterprise apples are medium to large, with a very bright shiny finish. They are medium red to orange over a green or deep yellow background. Flesh is cream colored, medium texture and crisp. Fruit is slightly spicy, slightly aromatic and very full-flavored. Great for long term storage. Good for eating and baking.
