Granny Smith
A Granny Smith is large and has a waxy, smooth green skin - our only
"green apple". Its juicy flesh is firm and white, and quite bruise
resistant. It has a "sprightly" flavor and is a good apple for eating,
juicing, cooking, and applesauce. Grannys are great for long term
storage.
