This is a great event for an even greater cause! For those that don’t know the event, you will have a chance to sample some of the best craft beer from all over the region while supporting The Lake Area United Way, Hobart Food Pantry, and Portage Township Food Pantry. In addition to unlimited sampling of over 100 craft beers, there will also be a food buffet and live music.
The Lake Area United Way, Hobart Food Pantry, and Portage Township Food Pantry all do important work throughout the region and have partnered with County Line Orchard to be this year’s beneficiary of the Big Barn Beer Fest. We ask that all guests bring can goods to support the cause!
Tickets will NOT be sold at the door. $50 general admission / $15 designated driver

Kickin’ & Pickin’
Kickin’ & Pickin’ are multi-instrument musicians performing high energy original music and cover songs. It’s a blend of rock, folk, and bluegrass.
The Crawpuppies are the most solid original/cover pop rock bands you’ll ever come across and have been entertaining audiences since 1995.

- How much are tickets for Big Barn Beer Fest?
$50 – General Admission

- What is included in the $50 general admission?
Guests will receive unlimited samples of craft beer from all over the region. Food buffet, live music and a commemorative glass is also included.
- What is included in the $15 designated driver admission?
DD guests will get to enjoy non-alcoholic beverages, food buffet and live music.
- Where is the Fest located?
It will be held in the timber frame barn at County Line Orchard. Our address is 200 S. County Line Road, Hobart, IN 46342.
- Will you sell tickets at the door?
We will not sell tickets at the door, the past 2 years we have sold out prior to the event.
- What is the event fundraising?
County Line Orchard has a long track record of hosting top-notch charity events. The Lake Area United Way, Hobart Food Pantry, and Portage Township Food Pantry all do important work throughout the region and have partnered with County Line Orchard to be this year’s beneficiary of the Big Barn Beer Fest. In addition, we ask that all guests bring can goods to support the cause!
- How much is donated from this event?
We cover our costs as a business and donate all proceeds to charity.
- Will children be permitted at Beers in the Barn?
This is a 21 and over event. No one under 21 will be permitted to enter the venue.
- Can I smoke at Big Barn Beer Fest?
The Big Barn Beer Fest takes place indoors so you can’t smoke inside. There will be a designated area outside that will be heated and fenced so you’ll be able to carry your drink outside with you.
- Will food be available?
Food is included in the ticket price. The menu has not yet been finalized. We will have County Line Orchard Fried Chicken, Hot Dogs, Chips/Pretzels and more!
- Where can I park?
There is ample free parking at the County Line Orchard. Please drink and drive responsibly.
- Is there a map of where each brewery is located?
Yes! You will receive a map upon entrance of the event.
- Do we need printed tickets or is the mobile app accepted?
Because technology-related issues can dramatically slow down entrance for all attendees, all tickets need to be printed for the event. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
- What breweries will be attending?
We will be announcing breweries weekly leading up to the event. Stay tuned!
- Will there be items to buy with the event logo?
We will have merchandise available! Hats, sweatshirts, t-shirts will all be for sale. The breweries bring there own merchandise to sell as well.
- Is the barn heated?
Yes it is!
