No Show Cancellation Policy for School Tours And Group Tours:

If you need to cancel your tour you must notify us at least 2 weeks prior to your scheduled date to avoid being charged a penalty fee. This can be done by e-mailing us at tours@countylineorchard.com or by phone at 219-947-4477 ext. 305. Once we receive your request to cancel your tour we will give you a cancellation number. Do NOT consider your tour cancelled until you have received this number from us.

Should you need to reschedule your tour, there will be no penalty as long as you reschedule for this season. We will be happy to work with you to find a mutually agreeable date and time. Our ability to find that date may depend on the amount of notice you give us.
If you have a tour scheduled and do not show up you will be charged the penalty fee as well.

The No Show/Cancellation Penalty fee is $50 for each tour scheduled.

Please remember that we do run our tours in the rain, but we can reschedule your tour if this is a concern. There are no weather related refunds and fees will be assessed if you do not make alternate arrangements.
